We maintain contact information for our subscribers, ticket purchasers, sponsors and donors to market our concerts and ask for contributions (‘our lists’). If you purchase tickets online or by mail, we also retain your contact information for the purpose admitting you to your selected events.

Contact information includes name, address, email and phone information.

We do not sell or rent our our lists to other organizations for any purpose.

We will remove you from our lists on request. Please send us a note at info@pawlingconcertseries.org. Clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ on any of our emails will automatically remove you from our email list.

We occasionally photograph or video our audience for promotional purposes. If you find an objectionable image, please email us with the specifics.
